I did business with you too long to just send back a blank
reply. Due to needing a larger car while I'll daughter was in college,
we traded in the Volvo on a mini van. So, at present, we have no Volvo.
Thank you for the years of excellent service... and that includes John in the
front office.!

Dear Scott:
I greatly appreciate the time and attention you gave me last
Wednesday when we discovered the 94 Volvo 850 had no brake lights.
Most garages or Volvo dealerships would not have stopped what
they were doing to quickly analyze the problem. This type of service
provides you with loyal customers, and ones that will circulate your
name to friends and neighbors.
A couple of weeks ago I requested brake pad replacement for all
four wheels. You insisted I had plenty of material remaining on the
current pads. I of course won since I am the customer, but you and
John probably thought I was crazy. This again demonstrated to me that
Scott's has a team of honest employees that customers can trust and
rely on. John is always upbeat and enthusiastic, and quite knowledgeable
when discussing automotive symptoms. I will soon be bringing the car
back for the 90K Service. Thanks!

How FUNNY that I should get an email from you
today--while my car is in the shop! Not your shop
because we have moved to San Diego...
Just so you know, your care of my car has been
excellent (and your work just got graded by the dealer
here and they could find nothing wrong with it)! I
think the dealer would like to sell me a new car but
the care that mine has gotten from you keeps it going
and going...they have nothing to say.
So, take my name off your email list, and know that if
we are back to DC in the future, we will find you
again!

Just a note to say thank you for the outstanding service I've received
over the years from Scott's Specialties.
You all know that I've been a freak for cars for most of my life - I just
hate working on them! I've owned cars in Denver, Milwaukee, Rhode Island,
San Francisco and Maryland and I've been lucky to find good auto service
wherever I've lived. I can easily say there is no service facility in the
USA that tops Scott's Specialties. I am always amazed at your thorough
examination and service of my 760 Turbo every time I've brought it in for
service. There is no better way I could have taken my Volvo to 210,000
miles without your professionalism and dedication to outstanding service.
You guys are the best!!!
