Experience matters.  Scott's has always known the customer benefits of specialization: Speed, Quality and Economy.  As Volvos have become more sophisticated, specialization has become essential to success.  It is said that the new Volvo S80 has more on board computers than a jet fighter.  And the need for Volvo specific tools, techniques and procedures increase each year.

Older Volvos also benefit from Scott's specialized approach.  Systems and parts unique to Volvo are diagnosed and serviced each day.  If it's a Volvo, Scott's has seen it before and we will find and fix it right the first time.  At Scott's we are passionate about Volvos.  Servicing and repairing Volvos exclusively is what we have done since 1989.

At Scott's we provide our customers with the best value for their money, and the best value is not necessarily the lowest price.  We have learned that the price of a job done well is usually not the cheapest one.  But doing a job poorly, incompletely or with inferior parts to save a few dollars will cost our customers much more in frustration, unreliability and poor performance.

At Scott's we know the importance of quality tools.  We have made a large investment in the automotive equipment and specialized tools necessary to successfully service your Volvo.  In fact, we believe we are the best equipped Volvo repair shop in the area.

Scott's has complete knowledge and understanding of all Volvo systems and components, and the information necessary to repair your vehicle properly and in a timely fashion.  Thanks to the latest computer technology we have instant access to Volvo's technical service bulletins (TSB) and recall information.

Parts

At Scott's we have an extensive inventory of Volvo parts.  This allows us to provide efficient and timely service.  Scott's has the largest inventory of any independent Volvo service facility in this area.

Environment

Scott's is committed to doing all we can to be environmentally responsible:

• We recycle all forms of oil, antifreeze, both types of air conditioning refrigerant, batteries, oil filters, cleaning solvents, cardboard, and scrap metal

• We purchase our major chemicals such as oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze in bulk (pumped into our storage tanks) eliminating oil bottles and messy drums. 

• We have invested in the latest state of the art emissions test equipment to help reduce your auto emissions.
