Scott's Specialties has been providing high quality Volvo Service to the Washington Metropolitan area including D.C./DC and Virginia since 1989.  Starting in 2011 we added Toyota and Lexus brands.  We are conveniently located in Montgomery County, Maryland (MD) near the White Flint Metro Station.  

We believe there are several aspects to providing high quality service.  First is the technical aspect.  We continue to show our dedication in this area by keeping up with the latest automotive technology.  We invest heavily and early in the complex tools necessary to service your car effectively.  At no other time in history has this been more important.  We take great pride in being the first to acquire these complex tools.  It started in the early 90's before most people knew what the internet was, we were using a dial up service known as AllData to access repair information.  We were the first in the area and one of the first in the nation to subscribe to Volvo's Independent Repair Application giving us the ability to access the computer systems and perform software downloads to the 1999 and newer models.  We recently acquired the Toyota/Lexus factory diagnoistic tool and factory information system.  For more about our pursuit of cutting edge technology and a view of our facility, visit our Resources  page.

The next ingredient is customer service.  We treat our customers with respect and build long term relationships.  We provide personalized service.  Not only will we get to know your car, we will get to know you personally.  We will educate you and keep you inform of your car's condition and needs.  See what our customers have to say about us, visit our testimonials page.  To make your visits a little more convenient we provide rides to and from the White Flint Metro station and the Parklawn building.  Should you need a rental car, Enterprise rental car is located within our complex and provides a discount to our customers.

The third step in our formula is to complete any necessary service or repairs in a timely fashion.  Most regular service work is completed on the same day.
